PEMA Mind & Motion
PEMA Mind & Motion
The Deck is an evidence-informed reflective resource designed to support deeper self-awareness, meaningful conversations, and emotional exploration.
Created by Monica Pema, drawing on her background in psychology and holistic kinesiology, The Deck combines psychological insight with a holistic understanding of the connection between mind, body, and lived experience.
Built around eight evidence-informed pathways, it provides practitioners and individuals with a practical way to explore emotions, recognise patterns, and find language for experiences that can be difficult to express. Rather than offering answers or affirmations, The Deck creates a thoughtful starting point for reflection, helping move beyond responses like "I'm fine" or "I don't know" towards greater clarity and understanding.
Suitable for both professional and personal use, The Deck can complement the work of natural health practitioners, counsellors, allied health professionals, educators, coaches, and facilitators who want to enrich conversations around emotional wellbeing.
A beautifully designed resource for practitioners who understand that meaningful change often begins with the right conversation.
About the Creator: Monica Pema, Integrated Wellness Expert
Founder, PEMA Mind and Motion
For more than 20 years, Monica's work has spanned psychology, holistic kinesiology, and practitioner education, always returning to a deeper question: What lies beneath the surface?
Through individual consultations, practitioner education, and evidence-informed resources, Monica brings psychological insight and holistic wellbeing approaches together in a thoughtful, integrated way. Her work helps people move from uncertainty to clarity, from repeated patterns to deeper understanding, and from insight to meaningful change.
Monica is also passionate about supporting practitioners to build sustainable, purpose-driven businesses that align with their values while remaining commercially successful.
At the heart of her work is the belief that when we better understand what is happening beneath the surface, we create greater choice in how we respond, relate, and move forward.
